The countdown is on: The next Inselstadtlauf will take place on Saturday, May 9, 2026!
The call goes out to everyone who wants to experience an afternoon of fun and exercise together.
We have once again prepared a course of four hundred meters for the Bambinis (up to 8 years), after which the older kids (up to 12 years) can race around 1,600 meters.
Then the big ones start: Individual runners can show what they can do on a partly natural course of approx. 6 kilometers. Relay teams of up to three runners can cover a distance of approx. 2.5 kilometers three times. Those who prefer a slower pace can show how fast they can go in the 4.5-kilometer walk.
There will also be an award ceremony, food and drink for refreshments and a lively musical finale
, and anyone who doesn't want to take part is welcome to cheer on the runners along the route.
