What could be better than exercise in the fresh
spring forest air? Right, not much. EVERYONE who
do something for their health are cordially invited to take part in the
invited to take part in the 5th Hutewaldlauf.
It's not about records, trophies or the Olympics,
but fun, fun, fun! Fun with exercise,
Fun in joint activity and fun in life.
The type of movement - at your own pace - is almost
almost freely selectable: running or walking, crawling or
jumping backwards, rolling with a wheelchair or rollator,
Nordic-walking, dancing or even in costume (it would be really
cool if someone did that :-))!
