The program includes Mieczysław Weinberg's expressive Polish Melodies, Edward Elgar's deeply moving Cello Concerto with the outstanding soloist Benjamin Kruithof and George Gershwin's colourful Porgy & Bess Symphonic Picture. Conductor: Stanley Dodds.
