On Sunday, December 13, 2026, the town of Grabow cordially invites you to its traditional Christmas market from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Look forward to a cozy Third Sunday of Advent with Christmas music, a festive atmosphere, and a varied program for all ages.
Following the official opening by the mayor, the Grabow Brass Band will provide musical entertainment and get visitors in the Christmas spirit.
There’s plenty to experience, especially for our youngest guests: A magician will delight children with an entertaining program; kids can get creative with arts and crafts at the Schützenhaus; and baking bread on a stick over the fire pit makes for a truly cozy experience. You can also marvel at birds of prey up close. Of course, Santa Claus will be there too, making the children’s eyes light up.
In the afternoon, the DanceKids will showcase their talents. Afterward, the Living Advent Calendar invites visitors to enjoy a moment of reflection before a fascinating fire show brings the Christmas market to a festive close.
Of course, there’s plenty to satisfy your appetite as well. Festive treats, warm drinks, and cozy stalls invite you to stroll, enjoy, and linger.

- 11:00 a.m.: Opening remarks by the mayor
- 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.: Performance by the Grabow Brass Band
- 3:00–3:45 p.m.: Children’s program with the magician (The Trickster from Hackbarth)
- 4:15–4:45 p.m.: Performance by the DanceKids of SG 03 Ludwigslust/Grabow
- 5:00–5:30 p.m.: The 13th door of the Living Advent Calendar opens
