You can look forward to an exciting lecture on the topic of "Environmental education in modern zoos".
How important is education in modern zoos?
Zoos today are much more than just places to observe animals - they are lively places of learning with great potential for environmental education. During the event, we will take a look behind the scenes of modern zoos and show how we sensitize our guests to species and nature conservation. Using concrete examples, we will show how educational concepts, interactive offers and authentic animal encounters reach and inspire people of all ages. How can zoos make education sustainable? What challenges do they face? Discover how zoos are becoming important players in the global environmental education network.
