Herbs delight us with their diverse aromas. Especially at lunchtime, mint, lavender, thyme, lemon balm, rosemary, basil and the like exude their unmistakable fragrance. The aromas have a stimulating, invigorating, harmonizing or calming effect. They can be used not only in food and drinks. Various tea blends or herbal potpourri can be prepared with dried herbs. Bath salts, bath chocolates, body oils, room sprays and lip balms can also be made with these aromas.
The propagation of our herbs should also be taken care of now. Seeds are also collected now. If there are too many seeds left over, e.g. from rocket, radishes, cress or Asian lettuce, they can be used to grow sprouts or microgreens during the cold season.

The event will take place in the upper seminar room of the Mecklenburger Hallenhaus and can be reached via the north entrance coming from Groß Klein. It ends at around 5:30 pm.
