There are many reasons for men to climb a mountain. Enthusiasm for extreme sports, a sudden mid-life crisis or to commemorate their hiking-loving friend Christian, who recently passed away. So Steffen, Daniel and Toni - best friends from their student days - set off on a two-day summit conquest.
But it's not just on the mountain that things are going up and down, but also in their lives. Steffen, the womanizer and beau with commitment issues, is about to get married and is hoping in vain for the support of his two friends. Daniel has not yet got over the break-up with his partner and Tony has been carrying around an unused condom for three years. But this hike not only turns into a journey of self-discovery in matters of love for the three of them, their friendship is also put to the test - with a sharp edge, blunt honesty and plenty of humor.
British West End and Broadway playwright Peter Quilter is considered one of the most produced playwrights in the entertainment genre. His plays have been staged in over 40 countries and 27 languages.
