Swimming and running event in the World Cup Series, Sprint and Experience variants
As part of the renowned ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Series, Rügen
joins the ranks of international host locations such as Sweden, England,
France, Switzerland, Malta, and the U.S.
On race day on Rügen, you can choose from three exciting race formats:
- ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Series: The ultimate long-distance race, spanning 43.1 km, leads from Putbus along the Rügischer Bodden to picturesque Mönchgut and on through Baabe and Sellin to the heart of Binz—a challenging adventure for experienced endurance athletes.
- ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Sprint: This20.3 km course starts in Göhren and ends in Binz. It features a varied route through Mönchgut, Baabe, and Sellin, across the Granitz and through the Baltic Sea all the way to Binz—perfect for ambitious athletes.
- ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Experience: Witha distance of 7 km, this event offers the ideal introduction to the world of swimrun. It combines an easy swim in the Baltic Sea with running segments through the Granitz and starts in Binz.
