Movement and encounter
Body-oriented workshop: Prenatal movement patterns and cellular consciousness
In this workshop, we invite you to go on a mindful journey into your inner body universe. Through conscious awareness and movement, we open the space for a deeper understanding of our body - multi-layered, alive and connected.
This workshop focuses on the lungs.
We explore their basic function of in-breathing and out-breathing. Their abilities such as taking in and releasing, filling and emptying, expanding and contracting. The pause, the silence after exhaling, also has its place. Themes such as connection, communication, space, boundaries, trust and more can be experienced.
Using methods from Body-Mind-Centering® - perception, visualization, pictorial contemplation, touch, free dance and other bodywork methods - we will embark together on a journey of exploration to ourselves, to each other and to the world.
