Maritime archaeology and port facilities in the Baltic Sea region
In the summer of 2025, the traditional ship archaeology seminar of the Gesellschaft für Schiffsarchäologie e.V. (in the Landesverband für Unterwasserarchäologie M-V) will be held for the 25th time from August 18 to 23. The aim of this training series is to impart basic knowledge in the field of ship archaeology in theory and practice. The seminar is aimed at students and archaeologically interested divers who not only want to learn about shipwrecks as fascinating diving destinations, but also as particularly informative historical sources.
