National Park and Nature Conservation Centres

The Müritz National Park: famous for its sea-eagles, ospreys and thousands of rabbits that rest here in the autumn and spring.

The visitor centre of the national park in Federow is located about seven kilometres south-easterly of Waren (Müritz). The exhibition and the shop are run by the national park service of Müritz. The camera transferring live footage of the osprey’s horst into the building is the highlight. Changing exhibitions show the variety of the national park. The national park service Müritz also offers a wide tour program. During the season, Federow can be reached from Waren (Müritz) by the bus line of the national park ticket. The visitor centre is accessible for people with a disability.
