At the historic Lindenpark, vacation guests in Kühlungsborn have been able to find high-quality, exclusive 5-star vacation apartments in the completely renovated Villa Minerva for the highest standards of comfort, aesthetics and elegance since July 2015.

In a central, quiet location, an ambience for attractive vacations by the sea has been created. The apartments have one or two bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, and spacious living & dining rooms with fully equipped kitchens and large balconies. The house offers a beautiful garden, sauna and laundry room.
You can also take advantage of an extensive service package: including discounted green fees for the Baltic Sea Golf Resort Wittenbeck, on advance order, a selection of exquisite wines ready to drink from our own wine cellar will be delivered to your vacation apartment.
