The entire living/sleeping area is covered with oiled wooden floorboards. In the living room there is a fireplace (to be used only by arrangement), satellite TV, radio and a sofa bed (140x220). The bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 m double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and outdoor ventilation - there is also the washing machine. The large kitchen-living room is divided into two parts. A dining table for 6 people at the urgemütlichen stove (by arrangement) visually separated from the bustle in the kitchen (including dishwasher). Short-term parking for loading and unloading in front of the house is possible. In the garden parking of the car is possible. The driveway is accessible through the lockable yard gate on the north side. Bicycles can be stored in the spacious garage. The Orthsee with swimming or boating and stand-up paddling is located in walking distance of only about 200m.
