The apartment is located together with a rental apartment in a semi-detached house. You can reach the separate entrance via the garden. Elaborately and fundamentally renovated according to ecological principles, a cozy vacation apartment for 2-3 people now awaits you.
The special ambience is characterized by half-timbered walls with clay infill, clay-wrapped ceilings in the kitchen-living room and the bedroom, as well as stone and wooden floors.
All wall surfaces are finished in clay or lime plaster.
The style is also reflected in the furnishings: the furniture in the apartment was made in its own carpentry workshop. If you like the rural style with its uneven surfaces, this is the place for you and you will certainly feel at home.
In the bedroom there are 2 beds, which can be placed as a double bed or separately. The 3rd person can sleep on the sofa bed in the kitchen-living room. Linen bedding ensures a comfortable sleep.
To preserve the naturalness of the stone and wooden floors, it is recommended to wear slippers.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
The garden of the house is for your exclusive use. It is enclosed with a brick wall, as a screen from the adjacent street. Garden furniture and deck chairs invite you to stay and relax here. Sheep and bees are kept on the farm.
The forest only a few meters away in the protected landscape area of cooling has cycling and hiking trails.
The location of the vacation home also allows for further excursions. The center of Kühlungsborn is only 3 km away and offers you many leisure activities, and it is also not much further to the Baltic Sea.
