The approx. 220m² vacation home in Sanddornweg in the Baltic resort of Koserow on the sunny island of Usedom is just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Baltic beach.
The vacation home was completed in 2021 and can accommodate up to 13 guests. The generously proportioned first floor features a spacious dining area with a wood-burning stove, adjoining the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and providing access to the light-flooded and partially covered terrace. There is also an accessible bathroom and bedroom on the first floor, as well as another smaller bedroom. There are four further bedrooms on the upper floor. An in-house sauna is also part of the facilities.

- A parking lot is available for the vacation home.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used and are raised for the guest are at least 80 cm wide.
- One accessible room is available.
- The WC in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
- The washbasin can be driven under and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is barrier-free and there is a grab rail and a shower chair.
- The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair accessible.
- The dining table/desk is designed to be wheelchair accessible with a maximum height of 80 cm.
