Guarded beaches, family-friendly, barrier-free

Fine sandy beach promises wonderful vacation pleasure and the promenade, the pier and also the lively harbor offer a lot of variety. Great events take place regularly in the concert gardens east and west.

Beach accesses 8 and 18 in the Baltic resort Kühlungsborn are accessible. Mats are laid out at both entrances, allowing people with wheelchairs or walkers to use them. This is also a wonderful relief for families with strollers. A beach wheelchair can be borrowed free of charge. Both beach accesses are patrolled by the DLRG on site. There is no changing room on site. In the district Kühlungsborn Ost the pier invites you to a trip on the water.
In a distance of 100 m there is a parking lot for people with disabilities. A WC for people with disabilities is also available at this distance. A Euro key is not necessary.
