Cafés, Traditional Handicrafts

REBLUCHS in Axelshof combines traditional country cooking with handmade baking ceramics and a genuine culture of enjoyment. In workshops and bread baking courses, guests experience authentic cooking with a wood fire and the pleasure of enjoying food together.

REBLUCHS is a company founded in 2017 with a deep passion for authentic country cuisine and shared enjoyment. In the small district of Axelshof, we have created a special place that combines tradition, craftsmanship and culinary delights in a unique way. Our REBLUCHS Genusswerkstatt offers space for bread baking courses, cooking workshops and team-building events, where we cook and bake over a wood fire - just as it was done in the past. We not only impart knowledge of the craft, but also the joy of simple, honest food.

At the heart of our concept is the handmade baking pottery, which is made in the traditional way and is suitable for use in the wood-fired oven. Whether pots, terrines or cake tins - our ceramics combine functionality with regional craftsmanship. The products can be purchased in the store on site or in the online store and experienced in action in our courses. We also offer cozy guest accommodation to round off your stay at REBLUCHS. Our aim is to bring the values and flavors of country cooking back into people's consciousness - with passion, authenticity and a strong sense of community.

  • Ivenack Castle

    • Am Schloss, 17153 Ivenack

The older, middle part of the castle dates back to the 16th century - the monastery building. A first extension took place in 1709 and after passing to the Imperial Counts v. Plessen around 1750. The semicircular stables, the orangery, the tea house and the church also date from this period. Around 1810, the castle was again extended by two wings. Since 2016, it has been renovated in accordance with the preservation order. The 1000-year-old Ivenack oaks in the former animal park are Germany's first national natural monument.
