The approx. 230 m² vacation home in Koserow on Germany's most beautiful Island of Usedom is just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
On the first floor there is a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove. The kitchen also leads directly onto the partly covered terrace with plenty of seating for all guests. There is also a barbecue and sun loungers to enjoy the sun. There is an accessible bathroom and a bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs there are 6 further bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate WCs and a sauna. 18 people (14 beds in 7 bedrooms, 1x extra bed, 3x cribs) can find rest and relaxation here. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the house.

- A parking lot is available for the vacation home.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used and are raised for the guest are at least 90 cm wide.
- One accessible room is available.
- The WC in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
- The washbasin can be driven under and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is barrier-free and there is a grab rail and a shower chair.
- The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair accessible.
- The dining table/desk is designed to be wheelchair accessible with a maximum height of 80 cm.
