Welcome to Nordlichtharmonie!

I am delighted to welcome you here to my space for yoga and Ayurveda in Fuhlendorf. After more than eight years as a yogini and six years as an Ayurveda consultant, I founded Nordlichtharmonie in January 2013 to pass on yoga and Ayurveda in my own personal way.

Inspired by numerous further training courses and my training as a yoga teacher, I have developed a style that is particularly close to my heart and that I would like to share with you.

If you would like to experience yoga and Ayurveda in this way, I invite you to give it a try. Because: "To understand yoga and Ayurveda, you have to experience it for yourself."

NATUREUM and lighthouse Darßer Ort

The NATUREUM as a natural history museum in the National Park of "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" is located on the peninsula Darß near Prerow directly at the accessible lighthouse Darßer Ort and is one of several locations of the German Oceanographic Museum. Here, the diversity, dynamics and need for protection of the unique Darß landscape are presented in particular.
