We smoke fresh fish daily in the traditional Altona way, plus specialties from the cold smoker such as salmon, ham and various other delicacies such as our home-made smoked fish aspic. For those who just want a small snack, we prepare delicious fish sandwiches and offer a large selection of drinks, so it's always worth a visit.
