The distillery is located right at the entrance to the Müritz National Park. The village has only about 100 inhabitants, but a large number of guests. Almost all guided tours of the national park start in Federow.

Located in Federow, 40 km from Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences and 42 km from Neubrandenburg Train Station, Distillery Federow offers free WiFi.
