Location of the apartment
The apartment is located in Kühlungsborn - Ost, only 480m from the beach, marina. On short distances are city 300m, train station - Ost 250m, Aldi 150m reachable.
We are also happy to bring you fresh rolls every morning to the apartment door.

Leisure at the resort
Enjoy the Baltic Sea at the beach of Kühlungsborn with one of the longest promenades. In a few minutes you can reach it on foot or by bike.
For your bikes we have a lockable bike shed. But not only the beach invites you to stay, our surrounding area with the cooling, a large forest area, cities such as Lübeck, Wismar, Rostock, Güstrow, Bad Doberan and Stralsund are highly recommended as day trips by car or partly by bike.

General information about the vacation home
In the newly built vacation house there are 2- and 3-room non-smoking apartments. Two of these 3-room apartments are designed for wheelchair users. All apartments have fully equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen TV, one or 2 bedrooms with double bed and closet and bathroom with shower and toilet. All 3-room apartments have two bathrooms.
Included in the total price: Bed linen, parking, WLAN
Extra costs: electricity, water, gas according to own consumption
