Very close to the old town is the Waren cinema.
The Waren Cinestar is a small but nice cinema near the old town.
It has three movie theaters, each with 102- (Cinema 1), 135- (Cinema 2) and 229 seats (Cinema 3). All three halls are digitalized, 3D-capable and have a 5.1 Dolby Digital sound system. Technically, the cinema, which was built in 1998 and opened on November 25, 1999 with 'James Bond - The World Is Not Enough', is therefore state-of-the-art. In addition, all three cinemas are air-conditioned and thus offer a welcome change for hot summer days.
Cinemas 1 and 3 are currently accessible.
In addition to the current cinema program, there are a number of events, such as the Women's Film Days, the Cine-Lady previews, Cine-Art screenings or live broadcasts.
