Since 2016, the Cidermanufaktur has been producing cider (apple sparkling wine) and many other products made from apples (juice, apple rings, jelly, etc.) on a picturesque three-sided farm in Diemitz. Since 2024, we have also had a distillery for our fruit brandies. Visitors are always welcome.

Cidermanfaktur in Diemitz cultivates around 3.5 hectares of its own orchards (certified organic), but also collects apples from the surrounding area to make various apple products, in particular the apple cider "Pomme de Meck". Since 2024, the farm has also had a 250-liter distillery where fine fruit brandies are distilled. All products can be tasted and purchased on the farm or in the neighboring restaurant "Most&Kost - Kultur am See". We are also happy to show you our facilities and production processes.
