Castles and Manors

Stolpe Castle, which was visibly left to decay after 1945, was and has been gradually restored since 1996 by the municipality of Stolpe and the Förderverein Schloss Stolpe e.V.. The castle can be rented for festivities.

Owned by the von Schwerin family since the 13th century. In 1905 the simple baroque manor house was converted into a historicist-romantic castle. Since 1995 in municipal ownership and start of renovation works. 2001 Foundation of the Förderverein Stolpe e.V. Since 2004 numerous cultural events in the castle, such as concerts or readings. Rooms can be rented for festivities.

Tour of the castle: Free admission, donations are welcome

Opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
