Health and beauty at home

The minerals and trace elements contained in thermal brine salt provide the skin with important nutrients. Brine salt can alleviate skin diseases and has an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect. Waren's brine salt is known for its healing effects and helped the town of Waren (Müritz) earn the title of health spa.

In addition to the pure brine salt, which is available in various packaging sizes, we also offer other products such as exfoliation, shower bar, shampoo and soap. The product line was launched in 2022 just in time for the spa's anniversary in collaboration with the local company Jolu-Naturkosmetik, the town of Waren (Müritz) and the Waren (Müritz) information center and is enjoying growing popularity.

Waren thermal brine

The sea from the depths...

Waren (Müritz) has been a recognized brine spa since 2012. In the Waren (Müritz) spa center on the Nesselberg, the Waren thermal brine is used in a variety of ways. This is extracted from an underground "sea" at a depth of 1550 meters in the geothermal plant on the Papenberg.

Balneological reports by the Fresenius Institute have confirmed that Waren's thermal brine meets the criteria for natural healing water and is therefore entitled to bear the designation "iodine-containing thermal brine".

There are particularly promising treatment options for skin diseases, respiratory diseases and diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

The iodine-containing thermal brine is the basis for the "Waren bath salt". This makes it possible to use it at home. The salt is available in various packs on site at the Waren (Müritz) Information Office or by mail order from the Waren public utility company.
