Fountain on the Neuer Markt
The fountain is one of the best-known works of the recently deceased craftsman Franz Poppe: an artist of the town of Waren (Müritz). The popular fountain (erected in July 2003) on the Neuer Markt was created based on a design by the Waren ceramist. In summer, the ceramics family's "Müritzwasserhaus" invites interested visitors to Gerhart-Hauptmann-Allee to view the art in the garden by the Müritz.

North of Waren (Müritz), the Klein Gievitz summer gallery presents one or two exhibitions a year with paintings by Annette Mecklenburg and works by one or two guest artists. The artworks are shown in two exhibition rooms dominated by wood, glass, clay and brick as well as in the garden.
The marina is located directly at the Fleesensee in Untergöhren with about 80 permanent and 20 guest berths as well as full service around the boat.
