Even without a boating license, the lines can be cast off at Paulsdamm in the north of Schwerin's inner lake after a short briefing. From here, the raft first passes through the Langer Graben, which runs surrounded by trees next to the main road, and is steered onto the adjacent Ziegelsee. Excellent for anchoring or going ashore in one of the bays, as the city center is not far away.
With an impressive view of Schwerin Cathedral and the Pfaffenteich pond, you can float on the raft far away from the hustle and bustle of the city on Schwerin's inner lake to the magnificent palace of the residential city.
