The princess ponders: "Does she have to keep her promise, even if she only gave it to an ugly frog?" Loud croaking can be heard outside the castle gate. "Oh dear!" And to make matters worse, her father, who can't take a joke when it comes to things like this, arrives. This could be trouble! Kristin Giertler and Martin Wagner's own versions of the well-known fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm are told in a refreshingly new way. In light-footed rhymes, paired with elements of improvisational theater and puppetry, the fairy-tale material entertains children and adults alike and invites them to watch and join in.
