Two chimney sweep friends, Avdelingsleder (Thorbjørn Harr) and Feier (Jan Gunnar Røise), who live in monogamous, heterosexual marriages, both find themselves in situations that challenge their views on sexuality and gender roles. One has a sexual encounter with another man, without considering it an expression of homosexuality or infidelity, and discusses it with his wife afterwards. The other is thrown off course by a sensual dream about David Bowie...
