Vera Brandes (Mala Emde) is just a teenager, or so it seems, but soon it is impossible to imagine the music scene of the seventies without her. As a concert promoter, she has already brought the biggest names to Germany - against the wishes of her parents and against the adversities of a music world that only smiles wearily when a young woman asserts herself in an industry that is considered a male domain. Director and writer Ido Fluk ('The Ticket') was inspired by the true events for his feature film 'Köln 75' (2025) and tells the incredible story behind it, which is unknown to many. Vera Brandes, a young, determined and emancipated woman who asserts herself in a male-dominated society in order to realize her dream, takes center stage. Mala Emde (from 'Und morgen die ganze Welt') brilliantly embodies her as a passionate music lover and rebel who unwaveringly goes her own way in the turbulent seventies. She is joined by John Magaro ('Past Lives', 'September 5') as Keith Jarrett and the German stars Alexander Scheer, Ulrich Tukur, Jördis Triebel and Susanne Wolff.
