Meeting and exchange of local history collectors and researchers
The lectures in the conference program present research findings that are closely linked to the history of the region.
Lutz Pinnecke from Pötenitz will talk about the Johannstorf manor house and its builders. Dr. Andreas Wagner from the Grenzhus Schlagsdorf will address unanswered questions about the former inner-German border, which ran near Dassow until 1990. Olaf Both, a research assistant at the Mecklenburg Foundation, will be looking at around 500 years of development in his lecture on the Low German hall house in north-west Mecklenburg. Fortunately, a new local chronicle published this year can also be presented
