Summer evening Ahrenshoop with Lukas Droese

The Hamburg native has already released three albums on his own, not only performing on stage with German pop greats such as Joris and Johannes Oerding, but also playing his way onto the radio playlists and TV shows of the country's biggest stations.
His third album "hinter dem Lärm" was released in May 2024. Written and produced largely by the singer himself, pushing his own boundaries a little further with every song.
Modern pop songs ("Schrittgeschwindigkeit") hang next to classic singer-songwriter pieces ("Abschied"), rumbly indie sounds ("Fluchtwagen") are stuck behind light lo-fi soul/pop ("hinter dem Lärm"), with plenty of room for the unpolished and the courage to venture lyrically into taboo subjects such as dementia ("hungriges Biest").
Lukas Droese's songs show us the moments "behind the noise" of everyday life, stir us up and yet leave us feeling lighter than before.
Also live, Lukas Droese takes his audience on a journey through stories, catchy melodies and rousing hooks. Accompanied only by his loop station, as a "one-man-band" he creates a depth that goes far beyond the usual singer/songwriter sound.
