"STRETCH & RELAX": Relax in motion.
Under the guidance of fitness trainer Lisa Moschell, move and stretch gently and soothingly. The various quiet exercises mobilize the body, release tension and help to relieve stress, breathe calmly and be mindful of your body and the surrounding nature.

- Participation with binding registration until the day before at 12 o'clock (0151 28933442, fit.usedom@gmail.com or via the website www.fit-usedom.de)
- meeting point at the beach entrance 10 O (at the Usedom Bike Hotel, by the chess boards)
- participation fee: 15,- €
- minimum 5 participants
- please bring comfortable clothes, drink and a towel

This is an event of an external provider. The organizer, Ms. Lisa Moschell, is responsible for running the event herself.
