From November 24 to January 4, experience how the historic old town of Stralsund is transformed into an atmospheric winter wonderland - at the oldest Christmas market in the Baltic Sea region, right in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town.

Look forward to free concerts, a large ice rink, artistic crafts, sweet treats and lots of Christmas magic.

In the heart of the Christmas market, the culture tent invites you to a varied, free program with concerts, readings and more.

Today is New Year's Eve at the Stralsund Christmas market!
From 4 pm, DJ Irie Jai will be creating a party atmosphere during the warm-up,
at 18:30 the pier fireworks will light up the harbor - and from
and from 8 p.m. the Rostock party band 4FUN will rock until after midnight!
Celebrate the New Year together - in the middle of Stralsund!

There is so much to discover:

Gothic town hall cellar: arts and crafts and tradition
From November 24 to December 22, 2025, artists and craftspeople will be presenting special, handmade gift ideas in the historic vaulted cellar.
