In the small traditional sailmaking workshop, bags and everyday items are made from scraps of fabric from old sails. Workshop tour with coffee and cake.
"SEGELART" is a young sailmaking company that combines modern ideas with traditional craftsmanship. The focus here is on functionality, aesthetics and attention to detail. In addition to sails and tarpaulins, tents and awnings of all kinds are also created here with passion. During processing, there are almost always offcuts and fabric remnants that are far too good to throw away. With the "Washed with all waters" bag series, these are recycled together with old sails or tents, giving them a new lease of life. In this way, we not only contribute to sustainability, but each individual piece also tells a story of adventures on land or at sea.
