The Renaissance-style Mellenthin moated castle is a historic castle complex dating back to 1575 and is located in the heart of the Usedom Island Nature Park. It now operates as a hotel with a restaurant, café, coffee roastery, distillery, and brewery.

Every Wednesday from 4:30 to 5:20 p.m., you can discover the first BALTIC ISLAND RUM at the Insel Manufaktur in Mellenthin.
Look forward to an exciting tour of the distillery and learn how the rum is made. Afterward, you’ll get to taste all four rum varieties—a real highlight for connoisseurs!
