A special kind of reading: well-known authors present short stories that ignite the collective family memory in their observations and memories. Johannes Groschupf, whose thrillers have won the German Crime Fiction Prize three times, will be among those taking part. Musical accompaniment on the harp: Andreas Watzlawik

A boy watches his grandfather, who does not speak to him.
His mother chases him with cod liver oil.
Every childhood is different.
A girl is bundled into the car and taken to her
grandparents when the parents argue.
Somehow we grow up.
As mothers, we also have to survive, study on the side,
our consciousness changes. The roles change.
We are all of them at the same time and look back.

Sitting at the festive table:
Johannes Groschupf

Christiane Wilkening
