The practice can be customized and is accessible to people of all ages and physical conditions.
I would like to invite you to practice Qi Gong with me every Tuesday and Wednesday for one hour.
The course takes place in the concert pavilion in Rhododendron Park. The exercises are suitable for beginners.
The fee for one hour is €12.00.
