Musical fairy tale
Jürgen Wicht presents his brand new children's play for the first time on Sunday, November 23, at 4 p.m. in the Doberan Kornhaus.
Everyone knows the famous musical fairy tale by Sergei Prokofiev, which has enchanted and delighted children all over the world for almost a century.
His grandfather's radio was a large box with lots of buttons and a light on the front. He himself used this radio as a child to tell the story of Peter and his friend the bird, who take on the wolf. For him, Prokofiev's fairy tale became as vivid as a picture book. "Each character comes to life through a particular musical instrument. It was so exciting that I thought there were little musicians on the radio."
And even today, a spell is cast over the audience as soon as the violins adventurously play their motif for little Peter. Now Jürgen Wicht is a grandfather himself and plays the fairy tale for you on his little stage.
For everyone aged 4 and over. The performance lasts approx. 40 minutes, minimum admission €5.
