Lorenza Kaib, curator of the exhibition, will introduce the topic of "Solastalgia" and discuss individual aspects of the works on display with the artists present. The public is invited to ask questions.

About the exhibition:

People, environment, change: This year's summer exhibition poses questions about possible futures, ecological connectedness and our (climate) resilience. Video, photography, painting and installation works form a diverse landscape of dealing with the pain that can be triggered by climate change.

With works by Sophia Süßmilch, Jenny Schäfer & Jessica Arseneau. Curated by Lorenza Kaib, scholarship holder for Curating 2026 at Künstlerhaus Lukas, as part of the supporting program and expanded by Jürgen Nendza with a listening station in the entrance area. A publication will accompany the exhibition. Information on the extensive accompanying program can be found on our website: www.neues-kunsthaus-ahrenshoop.de
