"SILENT MOMENTS SPARKLING "
at the Galerie im Kloster in Ribnitz-Damgarten/ Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Art challenges us to switch from the mode of superficial consumption, which is particularly
prevalent at the end of the year, to the mode of conscious experience at
. It offers us a framework in which we can train our ability to be mindful
by concentrating on a single object for a while and blocking out the world around us
. In a state of inner reflection and contemplation, consciousness
has space to unfold. The "sparkle" can then be knowledge, an idea or a deep
insight. These are the moments in which thoughts become clear and appear like glittering
points of light on the inner horizon.
The exhibition is a special exhibition that has been conceived as a sales exhibition for the first time this year in the
Galerie im Kloster during the Advent season. Through the diverse and inspiring selection of works of different genres,
styles and techniques by artists from the region and beyond, interested visitors
will gain insights into
different artistic approaches and current trends.
