Concert by the Plater Gospel Choir on October 11 at 7.30 p.m. in the Kirch Stück church
Kirch Stück: The Förderverein der Kirche zu Kirch Stück e.V. invites you to a gospel concert in the church of St. Georg on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 7.30 pm. We will be hosting the PLATER GOSPELCHOR under the direction of Dr. Eckhard Kuhrt.
True, spirited gospel music will be performed under the motto "Oh Happy Day". Anyone who wants to experience pure gospel should not miss this concert. The atmospheric, varied program with cheerful but also contemplative tones will give you the opportunity to sing along, clap your hands, move or simply relax. Information is also provided on the meaning and origins of gospel music. The choir's repertoire ranges from Afro-gospel to spirituals and pop songs.
The PLATER GOSPELCHOR is made up of over 30 motivated singers who have already inspired and moved audiences in many concerts.
"Come with us on a journey into the world of gospel on October 11!" says the choir's director Dr. Eckhard Kuhrt.
Admission is free; at the end of the event, we will be collecting donations to cover the gospel choir's fees and to fund an accessible access route to the church's main entrance.
