What does it mean to live with the grief of a deceased child?
There is probably no right or universal answer to this question. Parents who experience something like this have to find out for themselves how to deal with the loss and accept the grief.
Marion Belz found her very own and special way to live with her grief. She has written down her way of grieving for her son Sascha, who died on April 7, 2013 during the Berlin half marathon, in her book "Marathon der Himmels".
On Thursday, 13.11.2025, Marion Belz will read from her book and invite you to a discussion afterwards.
The event will take place at Heiligengeisthof 3 and starts at 7 pm.
