On March 28, 2026 from 5 p.m., a varied program will be performed in the Georgenkirche Waren: songs by Mendelssohn and Dvorak as well as music from Taizé.
To mark the end of Passiontide and the beginning of Holy Week, the Passion concert will take place on Palm Sunday in the Georgenkirche in Waren. A varied program will be performed on 28 March 2026 from 5 pm: songs by Mendelssohn and Dvorak, music from Taizé, and the Lütkemüller organ will also play a leading role. Felizia Frenzel as soprano, the cantata choir and choir soloists as well as Jack Day on the organ open up sound spaces in the church under the direction of Christiane Drese.
Admission 15 euros (reduced 8 euros for pupils, students, severely disabled persons), free admission up to 18 years. Tickets in advance, at Reservix and at the box office.
