Italian Night - Open Air Orchestra Marini
Orchestra Marini
presents Italian and world-famous music on August 23, 2025 at 6 pm. The greatest hits of the 20th century, including "Volare", "O sole mio", "That's Amore", "Arrivederci Roma", as well as the film music of Ennio Morricone or Nino Rota from cult cinema productions such as "The Godfather", "Once upon a time in the West", "The Irishman", form the favorite repertoire of the Polish-German Orchestra Marini.
Their enthusiasm for the music of the 50s and 60s, their lifestyle and their passion for traveling to the Mediterranean region led them to found this orchestra. They are friends, active philharmonic musicians as well as opera and theater soloists, Dr. of Music, lecturers at music academies in Germany and Poland. They see themselves as a vocal and instrumental band that performs world hits of the time and is based on the most beautiful arrangements of American orchestras. Their aim is to combine two musical worlds: classical music with popular light music.
The Marini Orchestra draws inspiration from the masters of the genre such as Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Jerry Vale and Nat King Cole. All the pieces were arranged by them to include: Vocals, string ensemble, oboe, accordion, guitar, mandolins as well as percussion instruments. Come and listen to the sounds of unforgettable hits from radio, stage and television. We cordially invite you to immerse yourself with them in the musical world of the 1950s and 1960s and let yourself be enchanted for a while.
