In his impulse workshop, club sports instructor Jan May, known as Obelix, will give anyone interested an insight into the art of singing bowl meditation. He brings many years of experience and various singing bowls from his travels. Let yourself be inspired and try sitting or standing on the sound carpet, experience the relaxation and harmonious effect of sounds.
