Family secrets and traumas of his ancestors are woven into his texts, and as a later descendant he even meets his own great-great-grandfather in the flesh ...
The author lived in Berlin for 37 years and now lives in Rostock. He self-publishes his stories and publishes them in various magazines, including RISSE, the magazine for literature in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Vorpommern. He is also a frequent performer on reading stages and writing workshops - now also at the Ehm Welk Literature House in Bad Doberan.
The reading will be accompanied musically on the cello by Jannik Brockmann, a pupil at the Friderico-Francisceum-Gymnasium Bad Doberan. At this year's national "Jugend musiziert" competition in Wuppertal, Jannik Brockmann was awarded the accolade "participated with very good success". In addition to his lessons at the Kreismusikschule Bad Doberan, the talented musician is also receiving support from the "Young Academy Rostock" at the HMT Rostock.
You are cordially invited to this literary-musical evening.
