Cecile, the successful graduate of "Top Chef", a TV competition for professional chefs, is about to open her own restaurant in Paris with her partner Sofiane and is under a lot of stress. What is missing is an unmistakable dish that bears her signature. What's more, her father has suffered another heart attack. Cecile sets off for the French provinces, where the family runs a restaurant. It is a journey into the past: personal and culinary. She meets her childhood sweetheart Raphael again, tensions with her mother are inevitable, and even more so with her father, who has discharged himself from hospital.
