Thomas Hoffmann and his BRASS BAND BERLIN / Classic, Jazz & Comedy

The concerts of the "Brass Band Berlin" never fail to inspire. The eleven musicians around bandleader Thomas Hoffmann remain true to themselves and their motto: Classic, Jazz & Comedy - music with wit, charm and tailcoat.

What the smart ensemble offers at their concerts is not a classical concert in the conventional sense, but a virtuoso mixture of music, show and slapstick. From Bach to the Beatles, the dapper wind soloists put audiences in a good mood and have been bringing a pleasant cheerfulness to concert halls for years. The varied program is fresh and original, especially because the arrangements are exclusively written for the "Brass Band Berlin".

The founder of the Brass Band Berlin, percussionist, singer, comedian and band leader Thomas Hoffmann, is always involved. The percussionist in the orchestra of the renowned Deutsche Oper Berlin has been leading the formation for 20 years now. The musicians regularly perform at the Elbphilharmonie and other major concert halls in Germany.
